1. Printing of Single Parameter Reports on separate pages
Print Multiple Reports on a Single Page using LabC LIMS unique multi-print option with a single comments and interpretation section.
2. When the Kit changes reference range in the reports should also change.
Using the Template editor one can update the Template with the reference range for the new kit. This can be done multiple times.
2a. But what about my old reports will they also get updated the new template?
No, the old reports stay in the old format, hence no changes or misalignment of data can happen
3. Searching and sending for Old Reports and Records when referring Doctors ask for them
Using LabC LIMS, search for any old report using a multi-parameter search. Takes less than 1 minute to find and what is more a direct email option allows you to email the report to the Doctor immediately, save on courier costs!
4. Having to use a separate software to do my Lab Accounts
LabC LIMS comes with an in built Accounts package where it integrates with your Work Order Entry, Inventory, Referrals, Outsourcing and Collection Center Modules along with option to make payments to give you a complete Lab Ledger.
5. Case 1: Work Order entry happens along with the Sample Collection/Case 2: Work Order Entry happens following which some one else collects the sample
LabC LIMS, comes equipped to handle both process flows. Using Work Order Entry option you can enter the Sample details during the Work Order Entry itself
If the Work order manager is used, only the Work Order Entry takes place and sample collection screen can be accessed separately using Ascension options.
6. Inventory of Reagents and Vials need to be updated in my register for each test I do hence it becomes a major workload
Using LabC LIMS, for each test you can fix a standard inventory debit option. When a test is performed at the click of a button directly debit the reagent quantity or disposable defined, hence having an accurate stock status maintained at any given time
7. Outsourcing of tests to other Labs has to be tracked in a separate register and can get very cumbersome.
Using LabC LIMS, each test in the work order entry can be outsourced using a simple drop down. On selection, each lab has a rate list you pay it. The entry is added to that list and at the end of the month track what is your total pending to the Lab. Not only that but also keep a check on the report entry due date using Pending Tests option
8. Collection Center some times need a credit before they can make a payment, tracking credit status and payments becomes a hassle, especially when we get so many samples each day
LabC LIMS allows you to manage each collection center separately, complete with an option to add payments, credit notes, see out standing credit and debit and also allowing you to lock the collection center from adding more work orders.
